Originally only manufacturers, at the request of many Architects and Owners we expanded our scope of services to include working as professional consultants in the design of building maintenance systems.

Because we are manufacturers we agreed provided in such instances that HighRise Systems, Inc. was compensated based on its work only, and not the possible sale of its product. Repeat business as consultants with the major architectural firms and building owners attests to the fact that HighRise Systems does its job well and does it without partiality as to the ultimate manufacturer.

Whether for new construction or retrofit of an existing building, as consultants we hold to this independence to design the best system for the building.
